Club Night - VENUE

So last weekend, my fashion class had a club night at Venue to support our fashion show (which is coming up soon BTW). The show is July 10th 2012 and tickets are 20$ and going fast!! Hurry and get them! All of the net proceeds go to Covenant House Vancouver. This is me and Dom having a great time haha. The picture below it is a promo for the show made by Clarice (from my class). She is so good at photoshop its crazyyyy. Anyways I can't believe that its already July 1st tomorrow! Hopefully we start getting some sun here to show for it! Enjoy your weekend everyone :)

Hi guys!!

This is my fellow fashionista friend from school, Frankie. I'm going to be doing a couple of features on him in the next while because I love his unique and cute style!! Skulls

Yesterday I went downtown to Venue with my friends and boyfriend and I wore this lovely outfit. I recently purchased this skull blouse online and I love it !!! Skulls have been really in lately and I'd like to say its thanks to Alexander McQueen and his silk scarves. I think that if you wear them the right way, skulls can be beautiful and girly! Like how I've done it here (I'm very modest haha). Enjoy and have a fab rest of your weekend everyone!

Essie Summer 2012 Collection

This summer, Essie is launching yet another fresh new line of polish colors. Essie Weingarten, creative director and founder of Essie proclaims that this collection is inspired by bikinis and it is dedicated to helping women everywhere find their perfect swimsuit! She says: “start your search with a great color. You simply can’t lose if the color fits.” The line is like a beautiful rainbow, with colors to match every personality. The hues, available in June, are bright, perky, fun, pearlescent and pastel.

The shades all have names that suit their color, with definitions as well. Here are the definitions for this collection:

Bikini So Teeny: provocative, lustrous sky blue.

All Tied Up: naughty, molten bronze.

Fear or Desire: obsession-worthy bright orange.

Cascade Cool: frosty, shimmery carnation pink.

Mojito Madness: fun-loving party lime.

Since I have a deep affection for Essie, I will probably be buying at least two of these lovely shades. So far my favorites are Mojito Madness and Cascade Cool.

News

Hey  guys,

So some new stuff has happened in the past few days. Sadly Leanne and I have decided to go our own seperate ways so we can be sure to brand ourselves properly in the fashion industry. But don't fret, there are no hard feelings between us :) So it's just going to be me from now on!

Also, this past weekend I bought a gorgeous new jacket (below) from Zara that I absolutely looooove. It matches my Prada flats exactly ;)

For my last bit of news, I decided I'm going to finance a new car sometime before the year is over (hopefully before the summer is over but we'll see. fingers crossed). This isn't just any old car guys, its the 2012 VW GTI and it is absolutely fab. I've loved this car for the past few years and I've finally decided that I need to have one before my Jetta dies on me (haha just joking, my Jetta is lovely). Feast your eyes on the photo of it below.. I'm officially in love.

Bad Blogger

I know, I've been a bad blogger lately. I've only posted like, 3 times in the past 2 weeks? My excuse is that I've been busy, but then again who isn't these days?? School is done in 6 weeks and I couldn't be more excited. My class is having a year end fashion show called Chromasia on July 10th. All of you guys that live in Vancouver should come check it out.
